It is actually a blue wkd plantation. They cut into the bark and tap the tree sap into the milk container, it is then taken to the processing plant where car screenwash is added before bottling it and selling it on to people who wear tracksuits as Sunday best...

I live in the country, and I haven't a xxoxin' clue what that's all about. Probably only means something to the bod who nailed it to the tree. Maybe the bottle and cross is supposed to be a skull and crossbones? Painted crosses on trees usually show a tree due to be felled; perhaps someone's used that and added the bottles to be funny.
