Or perhaps there is somewhere nearer than thirty miles from Scotland's only refinery worthy of the crown?

It seemed to start on friday, lots of pumps out of order or out of fuel, and strangely 3 or 4 cars queueing to air in their tyres.

Somethings up.

Happens quite a bit round Dumfries, usually just before a price rise 💡
Read somewhere that production is not keeping up with demand due to refineries coming to the end of their production lives, just like power stations.
The good times are coming to an end people 🙄

In Stuart's Brave New World, idiots suspected of "panic buying" fuel will be charged a MINIMUM of £50, regardless of how much they put in their tanks. That way, people will only go to fill up when they actually need to.

What can possibly go wrong?

Winced filling up the Disco in Rosyth today. £115 for the tank. I can see Grangemouth across the forth from my window. I don't agree with unions (let's not start that debate) but I can see where they are coming from. Lot's of my neighbours are involved.
