The calorie difference between M&S and ASDA mince pies is quite something! I'd recommend anyone looking to 'bulk up' for the festive season to gorge themselves on the ASDA ones.

I'd like to get involves in this now if possible. I could do a lot of damage between now and the New Year so I need motivation to keep on the straight and narrow in November. I'm up to 82.5kg as of last night following a couple of weeks laid up with a dodgy knee, and a general weakness for biscuits. I'm going to have a dry November and get back onto Zwift so fingers crossed...
