    Fat Club 2019 entries are now open – send Rob an email, including your username and you’ll get added in.
    Details of how it works will be released once I’ve decided how I’m going to set it up this time round.

    The first weekly weigh-in of the year will be on 4th Jan, so get stuffing yourselves silly before you’re not allowed to any more 🙂

    I’ll type out some witterings when I’m in the mood. Essentially it’s an online log of your weight which you update weekly and there will be pretty charts and stats to help you monitor your progress.

    It’ll be dead simple to use.

    This works kind of like a support group – there’s no diet plan, everyone does their own thing and gets to brag about how well their doing, but also how they’re *really* missing cake.

    Love riding. Usually get out twice a week but losing some timber would be a massive help. Self control was a thing my former self had so a bit of peer pressure may be just the ticket.

    What and how does this work?

    You send Rob naked pictures. He then guesstimates what you weigh, and fills the spreadsheet in.

    At least that’s what he has me doing.

    Unerringly accurate as it goes.
