Duncanmacallum off here recommended Derek Laburn for us when we bought last year. Just over £600 to buy iirc.
We didnt meet him, he’s in Stranraer, we’re 75 miles East near Dumfries. We did have to go into a local Solicitors to prove our identitiy, which was £30ish iirc.
