Just how do I get in touch with he bloody company?
I needed to contact the seller of something I have bought. All I wanted was the post tracking number. I followed what I thought was the "contact link and sent a message. It now appears that I have opened a case. the last thing I wanted to do. Everything on the contact ebay page takes me round in a circle and back to the same page. I wish to inform ebay that no case should be opened. It makes me loo bad when I have absolutely no problems with the sale.
Is there a way of contacting Ebay?

You can close the case automatically from your side...

you need to contact the seller, not ebay. on the item page, click on the seller's name then somewhere will be 'contact member'
