more likely to get an answer phoning them than askign on here 😉

my experience of the NHS is if you're polite and ask people are more than willing to help.

You don't need doctors or hospitals.

Describe your symptoms (and post any appropriate photos) here and we will diagnose, probably within 5 minutes.

The STW 'Doctors' are in

Not really no as they shouldn't discuss anything over the phone, only thing they may do is look to see if they were sent.

reason I ask is I dont want to waste my time calling if its not the done thing... and I have posted 3 times my symptoms etc etc and had some good advice. cheers I will try and call them to see where they are, not really after the results just when I will get them!

Chances are they've been sent, those pesky posties have caused a delay and GP surgeries aren't too swift in getting through checking results add on top a a few days in it being sent from the hospital and 10 days is nothing.

Phone the radiology dept and ask if the results have been sent. If so, ask your GP surgery for the results. You'll probably need to get an appointment to be given your results.

You can indeed chase up why your GP hasn't got them yet. I've done it for myself (MRI results) and my GF for various test results - had to pester them as they weren't progressing it for some reason.

Last time i got x-ray results, my GP just looked them up online a few days after they'd been taken, as it was all done digitally.

X rays are digital these days so it won't be the posties fault, more likely ur not an urgent case fBd others will have tdjeb priority

well by xray I mean the consultants report from the hospital being sent to my GP, that is a letter stating what they have found as my GP would is obviously not qualified to review an xray. but as I say luckily the report has been faxed and that is what I want my hands on....

Sounds a little odd, all my stuff like that has basically been done electronically and the GP just looks it up online, including consultant reports.
