Asking for my buddy, his MBP is now on its 4th keyboard with the known fault, he's had it 16 months and the first fault was within 6 months. Apple have said they won't refund him, but they will replace the whole computer once the keyboard has been repaired a 5th time.
Anyone know his rights for a refund?

He can now insist on a replacement or his money back by my reading of the law.
