We have a long running dispute with a mobile phone provider that looks like it requires us to contact the ombudsman. We have followed the mobile companies complaints procedure but they have not contacted us. So, any results after the ombudsman has stepped in? Also, what timeframe for a resolution?

How much are you talking about, eg less than £100 etc?

Yep, not much but it's more of the principal of the matter.
The company have been a/holes.
