Offers to split, gets loads of offers and then puts the whole lot up again and again and again?
Is it complete caveat emptor, or could a trustworthy point score somehow be set up?
Not trying to troll or offend, just mystified.

IMHO it is because they are traders, amateur or professional, trying to maximise their profit.
Not members of the STW massiv moving on no longer required kit at a reasonable price.
