I have to put a claim in after finding some damage to my new bike, which they delivered last week.
Are they good to deal with? Do they pay out?
I paid for insurance of £1,300 and anticipate claiming less than £100, if that matters.

calimed and got the amount back - although i did have to prove the value.

What sort of evidence did you you have to supply, out of interest?
Pain the arse ... A few years ago and despite a wooden crate they damaged an engine block, bent and cracked. They refused to pay out, but luckily got to speak to a friendly bod at the depot and got hold of their internal damage report - that said 'probably fell of tail lift' - their claims dept paid up after I sent them a copy
Absolute nightmare, they will drag it out for ever. Very off putting experience, I found.
