Depends what it is, most dark and milk chocolate slab goes in the cupboard. Normal bars - Mars, Twix etc. go in the fridge.
Mix it up, variety is the spice of life etc.

Damn, just eaten one straight from the fridge (delicious it was too)... where all the other chocs are. I guess our place is unusual in that any chocs here will typically last for weeks or even months being gradually/slowly eaten.
