Sounds great to me, almost the ideal combo. However If it had some chocolate in it as well it'd be a winner.

Hmm. Cheese, and chocolate. Sort of needs a wacky "fusion" concept. Like a cake, but get this, one made from "cheese". We could give it a special name, like, "cake of cheese". Or something similar perhaps...

We've been making something similar at Christmas for years, except it has mandarin in as well.

fervouredimage yes you can use it for cheesecake, no bother. Just use it instead of normal cream cheese stuff. Works well, but a bit sickly....!!
