Going to London next month and planning on getting something to eat in Chinatown on a Friday night. Looking for a decent Chinese to have a nice sit in meal. Any recommendations please?

Not in Chinatown, but Human on Orange Square is ace. Best Chinese in London.

In Chinatown itself, they're all pretty much the same in my opinion. Look for a busy one, and one where the clientele are all Chinese.

I think you mean the Hunan, which is very good - not cheap but excellent.

However, if Chinatown, Mr Kong in Lisle St is where I go pre or post theatre and Chuen Cheng Ku in Wardour Street is where I go for dim sum.

There are also a collection of Chinese restaurants in Bayswater and the Mandarin Kitchen is reknowned for its lobster and noodles if you want to push the boat out.
