I have the previous model, Amazon were flogging them off a few weeks ago before the new one came out. Works well enough for happy snaps, cheap and cheerful like you say. I believe that the value of such a camera lies more in the fact that I'm not afraid of it getting wet or dropped - grabbing shots when everyone else has their cameras safely stowed away

My bad, it is the C123 I've got. Paid £50 if that makes a difference, not worth £100 though

Can't help on this camera, but I have another waterproof one its really handy. Takes loads of shots in places I wouldn't consider taking a normal camera. Image quality is distictly average, bordering on poor due to the tiny lens. As long as the sun is out and behind you its fine.

I bought one for the kids to use at Centre Parcs... pretty impressed with the pics, great underwater shots & the video was ok too.. Was on offer for £50 in Argos & worth every penny.
