I've probably left this a bit late but can anyone recommend a cheap hotel in manchester?
I'm seeing the world champs at the velodrome next sunday and need somewhere for saturday.
(considering parking my van up somewhere at this rate 🙂

MANCHESTER-EAST
Showing availability, and is on the right side of the city centre for the velodrome, although not very central if you were thinking about hitting the city on saturday night.

Travelodge Oldham - just on the M60
£50 ish

Can also recommend the Manchester East Holiday Inn - very cheap, secure parking, and comfy rooms with breakfast included. Cost me £25 per room last time I stayed there.
