[Closed] Cheap electricity suppliers - anyone heard of isupplyenergy or Flow energy?

am switching electricity suppliers, and on the comparison sites these two come out pretty cheap, with a 12 month fixed price deal thats as cheap as the top variable deal (which was british gas)

Only snag is i've neve heard of them and can't find many reviews. All the big companies are way down the savings list for fixed price deals. So is there much to go wrong with using a cheap new company? Suppose my main concern is the switch not going smoothly and them cocking the readings up, or that after the fixed period they will have put me on a high price tariff then i have to rely on them switching me smoothly to anther suppler.

So any experience of these companies (or other cheap smaller suppliers?)
