I suspect not and I've not read my T&C, but worth asking as I'm seriously procrastinating from essay writing 😉
Virgin have sent a letter to tell me that my bill is going up by £1.50, for no explained reason, other than they're brilliant etc etc, which completely negates my 'saving' of £1.50 by going to paperless billing.
Their price increases are broadly across their entire range of products (I'm guessing there are a few Virgin Media customers on here) and wondering if this constitutes a change/renewal/breach of contract with them. If so, I'm looking for an excuse to ditch them and get a cheaper provider.
[I suspect though that it's in their T&C/contract that they can fiddle prices at will... but consumer lawyerists might know better]

have a look on bitterwallet and the like - there'll be be lots of stuff on that type of site I suspect.
