Justin also does voices in Timmy Time and The Tweenies. Probably other stuff too. Our household loves Abney and Teal at the moment.
I like small potatoes personally. Justin annoys me, not sure why though, maybe I just dislike hapiness (emo mode off)
Justin has a pretty big market share, but Mr Bloom and Katy are making strong headway.

Clearly fancies himself as Eric Morecambe for kids (both special and not-special) but I really don't find him funny at all. Fortunately my daughter agrees 😀
It was Brian Cant and Floella Benjamin when we were kids - Playaway, Play School, Jackanory etc. Same thing.
