Slow start to the morning,so listening to R6 and reminiscing about mix tapes. All that effort building a playlist from the heart. I should really empty them out the attic,and yet 🙂
So has anyone else hung on to tapes.
Remember fondly pressing play/record as seamlessly as possible off a twin deck, recording off the radio, untangling mushed tapes, sellotaping back together, the allure of a fresh new box of TDKs.
I've got a box of old cassettes still...and just realised I don't have cassette player 😳
I still have all my mix tapes. I've started creating Spotify Play lists for each of them as a modern replacement...

Just as easy to make playlists now, even easier perhaps, but people don't do it, do they?
All my tapes got chucked years ago ,its just cds now !no playlists here.
Dont miss getting road side tape streamers in my cassete when riding on roads.
