I am after some breakdown cover as driving to France this year on hols.
I did a quote with the RAC who want £150odd a year with Euro cover.
I then did a Moneysupermarket comparison and most of the cheaper quotes are just over £50 with like for like cover and same call out times!! Third of the cost!
Has anyone used these cheaper companies (The green insurance company was cheapest) and are they any good?

I purchased ADAC (effectively the German AA) and have no complaints. However, I've not needed to use them.
Is your cover up for renewal? Mine was last week and AA wanted £138 - i rang them and just asked if there was anything they could do on price as i was going to leave as i'd found same cover for £103 - straight away they gave it me for £90. Only useful if you are already with someone but thought it worth a mention 😆
No haven't had cover for a year. That is still double my quotes though.
I do so lttle miles a year I don't want to pay too much.
