As above. Changed my phone today, synced it all with the cloud and now having issues sending emails, have sent a few but now getting the unable to send message and they are going to my outbox. My email account is with Sky/Yahoo. Please help, google is failing me!

As it's a new device my first thought is to wonder if Sky/Yahoo have blocked that device as it's new and presumably not authorised? Use a different device and check your emails for a 'you logged in today from a new device' type message.

If that doesn't help post again and we'll see what the hive mind can think of.

Also, take your personal email down from the profile section on here. Not generally considered 'best practice' to be leaving email addresses like that lying around on the internet for anyone to find. 😉

Would seem a few people are suffering with exactly the same problem when sending emails on yahoo/sky, according to yahoo forums. I'm not the only one and it would appear it's nothing to do with having a new phone!

How did you setup the sky/yahoo mail on your phone?

There are two ways, only one works.
