is the Canon PowerShot SD780 IS the US version of the Ixus 130?
Someone whose videos I like on youtube uses the Canon PowerShot SD780 IS but I can't find it for sale in the UK, or a model number like it. It looks suspisciously like an Ixus 130 (or 100) though. What do you think?

It's an IXUS100, but thats now end of life - IXUS130 is nearest thing to it
