I remember doing this as a kid. Does it work with modern crisp bags, and if so, does anyone have instructions? (before I go to google)

we did that as kids - but JHC we had f'all else to do:
B&W TV, The Home Service, broken biscuits, no seat belts, Hippies,
Bri-Nylon, Vauxhall Vivas, Tracker Shoes...
anyway i just played some early Pink Floyd - what was so great about a "Piper at the gates of Dawn"? and blow me a Black and White Minstrel made physchic contact and he say "Yes Bwanna"
