It seems that whatever I want to look for on eBay it wants to show me loads of irrelevant shit.

If I want to search for something specific where I have the part number I do not want to see adverts for plant pots, car headlights and floor mops.

Can someone tell me how to make search search for what I type in please?

Put it in quotes, then it will only search for the exact word.

Have you tried putting '-' before words you don't want to see?

Eg, if you search for 'volkswagen -golf' you will get volkswagens but nothing with golf in the title...

It can help to refine things sometimes....

Just keep using the menu to narriw down categories.
