What in your opinion defines / constitutes an Attention Whore.... ?

Someone who deliberately does something to make themselves seen or heard.
Usually people with a low self esteem which needs bolstering up.
They'll usually comment on something and get a grump on if there's no acknowledgement of said comment. And if they have been noticed and acknowledged, they will need more of the same.
Quite often it's the ones who start random threads, this would be because they can't be part of another thread or aren't getting noticed enough to feel they are getting enough attention.
I've been guilty of this many times.

Someone who will do anything to take their mind off having a fag.

An attention whore is someone who values the attention from an act regardless if it is positive or negative. Tends to be people who who have low self esteem and need acknowledgement to validate their belief in their own importance.
The important thing is though, it doesn't matter what sort of attention they are getting, as long as they do not feel like they are being ignored.
That's what I reckon!
