Haven't got a clue with this kind of stuff....
The cave is about 20-25m from the router, talk Talk one if that makes any difference.

Move your wifi router nearer so there is less blocking the signal and / or get a wifi repeater to plug in in the man cave.

You can buy a signal booster and they work OK IME but this is inside a house

May need to pay more to get the range you need

I've got TPLink powerline adapters around the house for the PC, blu-Ray and a wireless one in the garage. It's got an Ethernet port for the Internet radio too

Thanks, I'll have a look at those.
The router is next to a window so has a 'clear run' up the garden and using an ethernet cable isn't an option really.
I like the sound of the plug in booster if it'll work with that distance?

Sounds like you have line of sight so have a look for boosters that will take an external ariel then add a directional ariel pointing at your router.
