Hi,
I've got 12 weeks until a race and I'd like to see what I can achieve through training properly...
I'd like some good way to keep track of diet, flexibility, row time, appearance, # of pullups, 10k time, swim time, commute time, sleep and morale.
Does anyone have any experience with anything on the web that'll let me do all this?
