I have some tracks on my Garmin GPS that I've downloaded into Quo. It was one long ride, but the track is split into several separate tracks as the GPS decided to turn off a few times. Is there anyway I can join the tracks together in Quo so I can view them as one long track?

I don't use quo, but if you can export them as gpx files, you can then glue them together using a text editor. Then reimport the gpx.
