Mine has the red rings thingy and am willing to send it off to get fixed for a small fee if anyone is willing to do it.
thats it basically. (dont want to spend too much because i'm not too fussed about it but if it's cheap then why not)

If its under three year old send it back, microsoft cover them for 3 year for that. unless of course its second hand!
