Due to an error with my order from my veg supplier i now have 3 dozen organic eggs that i didn't, they are going to credit me for them and have told me to use them, so time for a big time cake baking session, so give me your recipes, and any ideas and thoughts of what to do with them, cheers all....

Ice cream - I made vanilla ice cream last week without an ice cream maker, it was really nice.
Creme brulee or custard and then use the left over egg whites to make merangues (if you keep them in an airtight container they last for ages and make a good instant pud for with fresh fruit).
