god there horrible i think i'm more productive on A class. is illy decaf any good?

I went cold-turkey - not even "Caffeine Free" beverages which are high in chemicals, had the headache for two or three days then calmed down, and christ did I sleep afterwards!!

we keep it in an illy tini was just eying up the illy tins currently storing nuts and bolts.
