Anyone in the process or done it recently?
Did your developer make you pay a deposit as well as taking your old house as the PX?

yep brought mine about a year ago (bellway homes) had to put up a reserve deposit on the property did this after they had valued ours and agreed to buy ours went and looked at the one we wanted and put our deposit down at that point this came out of the overall price a year on all good so overall 9/10 for the whole experience 😀
