Do bees get confused? I had a bumblebee fly in through my living room window, got it out after a few minutes but for a few its just flying round the window now. I know my flat is nice but this is a bit random!

Masonry bee maybe? They're solitary. I have a small (10mm) hole in my door frame that is currently patched over with dry mud. Does it every year. Never seen anything hatch out yet but they obviously do. I tried putting sellotape over the hole once, but could hear the bee picking away at it.
