Cheers in advance

O'leary's are a decent bunch, we do a lot of work for them, the website is rubbish, but he is a good builder:

Presumably as you don't have a basement you are putting The Dungeon in the loft then? 😉

Wesley Johnson
07976 066843 or 01332 731395
Built our extension (double storey, complicated roof line) joint w neighbours £60k build so you get an idea of the size it was! A few years ago (we have moved now) couldn't recommend him enough, cracking bloke and a great set of lads he has working for him

Or our plumber recommends a guy called Dave Burke 07596 433830 although we never got round to converting out garage so no personal experience of him

Here is Wesleys details - https://www.yell.com/biz/johnson-building-services-derby-6098225/

Others we got prices for and where reasonable and seemed okay when we met them where -

J Pepper (recommended by a couple of friends who both used to be brickes, would have been my choice but neighbour preferred Westley which worked out well in the end)
Mickleover Building Services (expensive)
AR White
Peter Baines

User name @ Gmail dot com if you want to drop me an email. I know one very good chap who does many many loft conversions and does most of our roof work full stop.
