We have installed a new MDF on our BT Versatility system. When we try and access through the console the new module is greyed out. Tried cycling the power but still not recognised. Anyone able to offer assistance?

I'm out, then. Never heard of it. Ring BT?

I know a lot of voice engineers but they're all of the Mitel / Avaya persuasion.

Cheers guys. Rab, all manuals downloaded and consumed. Managed to get hold of an ex-BT engineer who used to work on these and his diagnosis is faulty MDF. Great, just great.
