Any help would be good....

Sister in law got an iPad for crimbo and couldn't connect it to wifi to set it up, so I had a go at setting it up last night.

Strange problem is, finds the wifi but just hangs trying to connect and won't go as far as asking for the password, I tied turning it off/on (both router & wifi) and still got stuck at the same point.

I them tried to connect to wifi on my and my wife's phone and both got the same problem.

So that all points to a router problem? The weird thing is the their laptop is connect via wifi and working fine so the wifi seems to be on and working...

Is their some odd setting in the router not allowing it to connect to a new device or something?

Cheers

Kendo

I had a similar issue; the problem appears to be that the hub is broadcasting the same wireless network identity (SSID) on two frequencies, and this causes an issue with iDevices.
Try changing the SSID of one - I added a 5 to the end of the 5GHz one
