We have 2 pc's in the office, one of the pc's is 'hanging' when connecting to the web...

I have tried, google chrome, firefox etc and the same problem occurs, the hanging is complete random but very frustrating.

XP Home was re-installed about 4 weeks ago due to screw ups on the xp updates.

All other software and functions of the PC run ok, just seems to be an issue with ALL of the browsers...

Any suggestions ?

PS. I have tested the flux capacitor and its working within parameters!

Have you been hijacked? Virus or spyware maybe?

nah, if he had a virus he'd keep posting the same things over and over again.

If all devices are affected it sounds more like an issue with the interface. Is it wireless or wired? If it's wired have you tried moving the cable to another port. if it's wireless have you tried wiring it in to see if that helps. might be worth trying to update the network drivers.
