Having to move house and going through the joys of sorting out utilities. The new house is on the older adsl (not adsl2) network. Bt are claiming 5.5meg expected, but they're not the cheapest. Most deals seem to be on the newer adsl2 network.
Anyone on the older network? What package you got? We would like line rental, broadband (fast as possible), not too bothered by call packages. Cheers

Hi - I'm out of the way a bit and am now on Talk Talk for BB & Phone (originally BB was from a smaller company which was bought by TT). I pay £14.29 for unlimited BB with static IP. They're also offering £6.50 pcm line rental for first 12 months if you take out a 24 month phone contract.

I've had no problems with reliability etc.

Have a look at the checker on www.samknows.com to find out what (if anything) is available in your area that isn't BT.

Any product that isn't listed in Samknows' LLU provider list there will just be BT Wholesale resold, so in terms of connection quality it'll be largely identical irrespective of who you go with. The only difference will be who bills you and supports you.
