Saw a co-op add for internet, much better than current deal with BT.
Rang BT cos contract had come due, a bit of haggling.
Result- cut monthly bill from £34 to £18.
A bit naive i know, but wouldn't it be nice if they appreciated your custom and just did this anyway.
It's sad but i guess there's more economic sense in wringing your customers for as much as you can before they leave, than treating them better and playing the long game.
Are there any companies out there that do it right?
