As in the title really. I badly sprained my ankle a couple of months back and want some help getting the last bit of flexibility back as I get back on the bike. If anyone has used a physio before who has a good understanding of the demands of mountain biking (and snowboarding) that would be a great help.
The nearer the centre of Bristol the better really but somewhere to the North would work too.
Sue Hughes. Not bike specific as far as I'm aware, but sports injuries generally. Sorted my knee a few years ago.
Not got her card to hand, but I'm sure google will help with contact details.
Richard Spink, think he is based in BW cycling next to Cumberland basin now, he was very good with my dodgy back a few years ago.
I can certainly recommend Guy at The Medical, works at Aztec West and wstbury-on trym clinics.
Helped me recover from various mishaps..

There's one who works out of the welshback gym. I haven't seen them yet though so can't recommend. May be cheaper than some of those with bigger overheads.

Was Oli Bleckingwhatsits Physio. I rode into a tree using my shoulder to stop. Just one visit worked wonders. Really recommended.
