Insurance time coming up for the Van standard STW usage of bike and dog van not for work so I rang the STW standard insurance choice, Brentacre, and they have given me a price of £389 which is a lot cheaper than I've been getting on comparison website been getting £620 ish
I asked Brentacre who the underwriters are and they said Masterstudy who I've never heard of.
A Google search doesn't give good reviews of Masterstudy with nightmare claim reviews. Obviously, people love to moan online so I'm just wondering if anyone here has had real world dealings with Masterstudy if they have been unfortunate enough to have to claim and if so, what were they like to deal with ?

Brentacre quoted a £100 more than Direct Line for me.
i heard the same thing. was with brentacre for 5 years. I never had to claim. Thats the thing with insurance; most of the time you just need the certificate...
Markerstudy = run a mile. Heard some scary stories. Are registered in Gibraltar so regulated differently from UK companies. I wouldn't bother and I work in the industry.

Think it's time to go with gut instinct and say no to Markerstudy. I'm with Adrian Flux at the moment and I've heard they are not brill but at least with that low quote, I can play others off.
