Heading to Boston with the wife sans kids for a long weekend in March.

For some weird reason I trust advice on here more than Tripadvisor.

James Hook for lobster rolls.

Great city to walk around/get lost in! Back Bay area is lovely, best keep the wife off Newbury Street, mind you.

Where are you staying? Langham is rather good, and central too.

Take plenty of money, it's not cheap, especially if you're eating out. If you want tax free shopping head up the Pheasant Lane Mall just on the New Hampshire border.

There is a lot of history around if that's your kind of thing.

It will still be quite cool in March too so make sure you have a couple of layers.

Went with an AirBnB in Roslindale. Understand it's a bit further out but we don't mind that.
