I am looking for some stainless m5 * 100mm or longer countersunk socket headed bolts and m6 versions of the.

Have tried the usual places but to no avail.

They are for attaching a hasp and staple to a shed door.

Alternately can anyone suggest another type of fixing? Holes on the hasp are 6mm and holes on the staple are 5mm. The bolts need to be a min of 90mm long to get through the reinforcement on the door.

Cheers.

Could you not use a round headed coach bolt? Worst case you'll have to drill a mm or so bigger hole through the hasp & staple. Theres no way anyone is going to be able to grab/undo them whatsoever

Carlos - I have heat treated the hasp and staple so there is no way that I can drill through it now.

You could use two bolts facing each other with a length of all thread studding in between connected by two long studding connector nuts.
It's not a tidy solution and you'd need to make the hole in the door big enough to clear the nuts, but it's all readily available stuff.

Un-heat treat the hasp and staple, drill out, re-treat.

Coach bolts. Something will give. Either the hasp or the square bits next to the head and they will fit nicely as long as they nearly fit. Big spanner helps!
