Will they be OK putting my spds on? I can't get them on the phone

How would they stop you? Can't see it being an issue the guys in the workshop seemed pretty sound.

Pretty standard isn't it? Otherwise they'd have customers doing it and crossthreading them all the time. Like nick says the boys in the workshop are really good

Yep, I'd pretty much guarantee they'd have no issues doing that for you.
(We certainly do, happily, with our hire - and as above, the guys at BPW are decent.)
