[Closed] Big Issue abuse

For the last two years a middle-aged Asian lady has been selling the Big Issue outside my local Co-Op. I've never spoken to her (in fact, I doubt she even speaks English) but never really given it much thought until I saw her being dropped off outside the shop in a 61 reg Mercedes the other morning.

Is it possible she's not actually homeless and being forced into standing outside that bloody shop all day long, occasionally waving a BI at the shoppers with little enthusiasm? I have to admit my main curiosity is why she's stood outside the shop for two years when there's been a notice offering jobs on the door for the whole time.
