Woman in an Astra ran into the back of my wifes' car (Clio) tonight, very low speed so no noticeable damage.
Her excuse?
I'm sorry but I dropped my coffee, I was leaning down to pick it up!!! Least she wasn't on the phone I guess but WTF do these people think when they get into a car?
Bloke reversed into my car outside a chippy.
"It wasn't there when I parked".........
Many years ago, I fell off my bike on the way back from the pub. I was changing (rear) gears with my left hand (I know...) because I on the phone, which I was holding with my right hand. I may have had a sweet sherry or two as well.
Luckily only the phone was trashed as it skittered across the tarmac and into the gutter.
Yes, I did learn my lesson: Leave drunken sexy talk to the GF for when you've got home!
my mate hit a parked car - his excuse was that the car was fog coloured (it was a bit foggy that morning)
