Supposed to be travelling from Leeds/Bradford to Leominster in the forecast snowmaggedon tomorrow evening. Just wondering which website has the most up to date and easy to interpret motorway traffic info for making last minute decisions about M6 or M1, any advice?. Thanks
Highways Agency probably
If you're a smart phone used the WAZE app is useful - like satnav with a social network. Users can report delays and hazards and if they are on your route you get notified.
+1 for trafficengland.com - use the beta traffic map.
Tomtom pretty good, tracks people's phones/satnavs I think.... http://www.tomtom.com/livetraffic/
Trafficmaster site is pretty good, uses the average speed cameras.
