Had a cough last couple of days which is doing my head in so please what are your best rememdies and keep it clean...!!!

Light honey - acacia, or similar. One spoonful should sort you out for a few hours. Not just an old wives tale - honey is anti-inflamatory and anti-antimicrobial.

failing honey - ask at chemist for pholcodeine linctus, but don't use that is there's any phlem coming up and check with the chemist if you're on any other drugs.
