Apologies if this has been done to death, but just wanted to scope out opinion on the best travel insurance company for the following;
Annual cover
Multi-trip
Must cover ALL of the below;
Skiing (On and off piste)
Waterskiing and wakeboarding
Snorkelling (Yes, seriously! Have seen some which exclude any activity where you get your head wet!)
Sailing (Dinghy only)
Canoeing (No crazy white water action, though!)
Windsurfing
Tennis
Cycling (Obviously! Both on and off road, but no need for competition cover. I'm a bit too rubbish for that!)

Price is a smaller consideration than quality of coverage/service.

Thanks!

When Ive needed the cover for peace of mind, Dog Tag have been easy to understand in terms of what's covered and whats not. And they cover everything up to Naked Piranha Teasing.

Have never needed to claim though.

The proof of the pudding is in the claiming. I'm not sure if Snowcard cover your selection of water sports, but when my FIL died on a spanish mountain 10 years ago, their service was exceptional.

Geoff, sorry to hear that, can't have been easy at all. But I hope you don't mind me also thanking you for the sort of endorsement that really counts!

Snowcard cover this little lot;

Multi sport – adventure
Cycle touring or MTB on trails, motor cycle touring, pony/horse/camel treks, surfing, coastal and dinghy sailing, yachting within 60 miles of a safe haven, windsurfing, flat water canoeing, rowing, flotilla sailing, tall ship sailing, water skiing, wake boarding, scuba diving to 40m, single pitch and bolted sport climbing, abseiling, scrambling, bouldering, via ferrata, summer hill walking (e.g. Tour de Mont Blanc) including alpine hut to hut, holiday pot holing & caving (e.g in previously explored systems where there is an organised local cave rescue service), orienteering, running and triathlons, sea and surf kayaking, Canadian canoeing, tobogganing.

Includes upto 4 weeks of winter sports activities – cross country, piste and slack country, park and pipe.

Looks tidy! How did they know about my penchant for skiing the slack country! 😉

Second Stoner's suggestion. Dog Tag, for plain English policies and that cool little wallet they send you 🙂
